Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter
    This promotion is organised by Armstrong’s Motor Group, 61 Mountain Road, Mt Wellington, Auckland 1041.
  2. Promotion Period
    The promotion will run from 6th October until 21st December 2025 inclusive (the “promotion period”).
  3. Eligibility
    • Entry is open to New Zealand residents who complete and pay in full for a qualifying vehicle service or repair at any Armstrong’s dealership, including Autobody, during the Promotion Period. 
    • All standard servicing, repairs, and Warrant of Fitness inspections qualify unless otherwise excluded. Fleet, lease, warranty, goodwill, or insurance claim work is not eligible. 
    • One (1) entry will be issued per completed and paid booking. Customers may receive multiple entries if they complete and pay for more than one qualifying service or repair during the Promotion Period. 
    • Entrants under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent. 
    • Employees of Armstrong’s Motor Group, Armstrong’s dealership staff, their advertising or promotional partners, subsidiaries, and their immediate families are not eligible. 
  4. Entry Method
    • Eligible customers will automatically be entered into the weekly prize draw once their service or repair has been paid for in full. 
    • Customers who do not wish to be included may opt out at the time of booking, at the time of payment, or by contacting the dealership directly. 
    • No extra fee is charged to participate in this promotion. Entry is provided automatically with the purchase of a qualifying service or repair at its standard price. 
  5. Prize Details
    • One (1) winner will be randomly selected each week from all valid entries received. 
    • Each weekly draw will cover all eligible services and repairs completed and paid for during the preceding Monday to Sunday period. The draw for that period will be conducted the following Wednesday. 
    • There will be a maximum of 10 winners across the Promotion Period, sharing a total prize pool of up to NZD $10,000 (GST inclusive). 
    • Each winner will receive a refund equal to the value of their completed service or repair, up to a maximum of NZD $1,000. 
    • Where the value of the service or repair exceeds NZD $1,000, only NZD $1,000 will be refunded. 
    • Refunds will be made to the original method of payment within 14 working days, unless otherwise agreed between Armstrong’s and the winner. If a refund to the original payment method is not possible, Armstrong’s will arrange an alternative method. 
    • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash (other than the refund as described above). 
  6. Draws and Winner Notification
    • Weekly draws will be conducted at 2:00pm each Wednesday during the Promotion Period (starting Wednesday 15 October for week preceeding) at Armstrong’s Motor Group Head Office, 61 Mountain Road, Mount Wellington, Auckland. 
    • Winners will be contacted by phone and/or email using the details provided at the time of booking or payment. 
    • If a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, Armstrong’s reserves the right to conduct a redraw. 
    • Armstrong’s decisions regarding the draws and eligibility are final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  7. General Conditions
    • Armstrong’s reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions. 
    • Armstrong’s accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries, technical errors, or any inability of a winner to receive or redeem a prize due to circumstances beyond Armstrong’s reasonable control. 
    • Armstrong’s may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time if required due to circumstances outside its reasonable control. 
    • By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and consent to Armstrong’s using their name and/or photo for publicity purposes in connection with the promotion, without additional payment, where permitted by law. 
    • This promotion is governed by the laws of New Zealand. 
  8. Compliance Statement
    This promotion is conducted as a sales promotion scheme under the Gambling Act 2003. No permit is required as no fee is charged for entry beyond the normal cost of a qualifying service or repair.
  9. Privacy
    • Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of administering this promotion. It will not be used for additional marketing unless the entrant has expressly opted in.
