1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 

1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to individuals who are legal residents of New Zealand, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry, and who hold a valid and full driver license. Employees of Armstrong’s, their immediate family members, and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to participate. 

1. Promotion Period: The promotion runs from 8am 1st July 2026 to 5pm 31st July 2026. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered. 

1. How to Enter: To enter, during the promotional period, participants must: 

1. Purchase a new, used or demonstrator vehicle from an Armstrong’s dealership. 

1. Sign an unconditional purchase agreement. 

1. Pay a deposit and, if applicable, have finance approved. 

And then:
d.  Make full payment (or have finance approved) by 5pm 31st July 2026; and
e.  Take delivery of vehicle before 5pm 5th August 2026.
 

Armstrong’s will make reasonable efforts to ensure that vehicles purchased during the promotional period are delivered before 5pm 5th August 2026. Where delivery is delayed for reasons outside Armstrong’s control – including but not limited to international shipping, port handling, customs clearance, transport logistics and third-party supplier availability e.g. pre-delivery services – Armstrong’s accepts no liability if delivery does not occur by that date. Where delay is within Armstrong’s control, reasonable efforts will be made to ensure the affected entry is still included in the draw.
 

1. Multiple entries: Multiple entries by the same customer are permitted only if multiple vehicles have been purchased and delivered within the promotional period. The number of entries accepted is based on the number of vehicles purchased and delivered within the promotional period. 

1. Prize: One winner will receive NZD$10,000 cash. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other alternatives. Any applicable taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. 

1. Prize Draw Details: The winner will be determined by chance, drawn randomly from all eligible entries. The draw will take place at 1pm on the 7th August 2026 at Armstrong’s Group Office, 61 Mountain Road, Mt Wellington, Auckland, 1072.  

1. Winner Selection: The winning entry will be the first entry identified in the random draw. In the event that the first entry is not deemed eligible to win (due to false, incorrect or incomplete details, or not fulfilling the entry requirements as outlined in point 4) a second entry will be selected. This will continue until an eligible winning entry is found. Armstrong’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

1. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 3 business days of the draw. The winner’s name will also be published on Armstrong’s website and social media channels. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Armstrong’s reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.  

1. Claiming the Prize: The winner will be required to present their valid ID and proof of eligibility before the prize is awarded. If there is a dispute as to the identity of the entrant, Armstrong’s reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant. The prize must be claimed within 14 days of notification.  

The prize will be handed to the winning customer at the Armstrong’s dealership location from which the vehicle was purchased or delivered. The winner is responsible for any travel expenses incurred to claim the prize. 

1. Publicity: By entering this promotion, participants consent to Armstrong’s using their name and relevant entry details (such as dealership location and vehicle purchased) for promotional purposes. Should Armstrong’s wish to use the winner’s image or any additional information, separate permission will be sought directly from the winner at that time. 

1. Modification and Termination: Armstrong’s reserves the right to cancel or suspend the promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be informed of any changes via the Armstrong’s website. 

1. Consumer Guarantees: These terms and conditions do not limit or change any consumer guarantees provided by law, including those under the Consumer Guarantees Act in New Zealand. 

1. Liability: Armstrong’s is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or other problems beyond our control. By entering, participants release Armstrong’s from any liability related to the promotion or the prize. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Armstrong’s and its employees are not responsible for: 

(a) technical issues or equipment malfunctions; 

(b) theft, unauthorized access, or third-party interference; 

(c) late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected entries or prize claims; 

(e) any tax liability for the winner or entrants; or 

(f) use of the prize. 

1. Privacy: Your personal information collected as part of your vehicle purchase will be used to administer this promotion and contact you if you are the winning entrant.
