Step inside and it feels considerably larger. Its 2,770mm wheelbase creates generous passenger space, particularly for those in the rear. The elevated seating position provides a clear view of the road, while the panoramic glass roof adds to the sense of light and openness.
Luggage capacity starts at 459 litres and expands to as much as 1,352 litres with the rear seats folded. A further 74-litre hidden storage compartment provides space for items drivers may prefer to keep separated or out of sight.

Technology that reduces effort

Automatic parking assistance can manage parallel and perpendicular spaces and help the vehicle exit a parking space. The 360-degree camera and transparent chassis view provide additional visibility in tight areas. Adaptive cruise control and traffic congestion assistance can reduce the strain of motorway travel and stop-start traffic, while the voice-control system provides quick access to frequently used vehicle functions. Four selectable driving modes allow drivers to choose between Economy, Comfort, Sport and Personalised settings depending on the journey.
Safety has also received close attention. Six airbags, Autonomous Emergency Braking, Electronic Stability Programme, Electronic Brake Assist and Electronic Brake Force Distribution contribute to the T1’s five-star Vehicle Safety Risk Rating.
