By using the Earna App, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information and referral activity may be collected, used, and shared for the purposes of administering referral programs, processing rewards, and connecting you with participating businesses and service providers. Earna operates as a referral and engagement platform, however many products, services, and customer interactions referred through the App may also be subject to the existing privacy policies, terms, and compliance obligations of the participating business, dealer, broker, or partner you engage with.
Where Earna is provided in partnership with a business or organisation, your information may also be handled in accordance with that partner’s own Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. We encourage users to review the applicable partner privacy policies directly, including any policies relating to how customer information, finance applications, enquiries, or marketing communications are managed by that business.
Eligibility for any referral reward is conditional upon the successful completion and validation of the referred transaction by the participating business. Vehicle referral rewards are only earned once the vehicle has been delivered to the purchaser. Referral rewards relating to products or services are only earned once those products or services have been fully provided and any applicable cancellation or cooling-off periods have expired, where relevant. Earna and the participating business reserve the right to withhold, decline or reverse any reward where a transaction is cancelled, refunded, not completed, found to be fraudulent, or otherwise does not meet the applicable program requirements.
Earna is committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your data and only share information with authorised partners, service providers, or where required by law. By continuing to use the App, you consent to this collection, use, and disclosure of information as outlined above and in this Terms and Privacy Policy.
