The B03X has a more expressive design than other Leapmotor models. A three-segment LED light bar forms a curved signature across the front, and the rear lights follow a similar shape. A rear spoiler improves aerodynamic efficiency, and the Design rides on 18 inch alloy wheels. Six colours are available, including Seaweed Green, Berry Blue and Rime Beige.
The cabin uses soft to touch materials and a simplified layout. An 8.8 inch driver display shows speed and range, and the 14.6 inch central screen handles navigation and vehicle settings.
Rear legroom of 947mm is generous for the range, and the rear seat cushions lift to create a tall load area in the footwell.
The boot holds 405 litres, with a waterproof, washable 105 litre GigaBox beneath the floor for muddy or wet storage.
Total capacity with the rear seats folded is 1,605 litres.

The B03X Life has a 39.8kWh battery and is rated at up to 292km WLTP. The B03X Design has a 53kWh battery and is rated at up to 382km WLTP.
The Life has the smaller battery and a 130kW motor. The Design has a 53kWh battery and 145kW, and adds 18 inch alloy wheels, a 360 degree camera with front and side parking sensors, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, an electric driver’s seat, eco-leather trim, ambient lighting and a 12-speaker audio system.
Not yet. Leapmotor anticipates a five-star result, but ANCAP has not published an independent rating for the B03X. Seven airbags and 21 driver assistance features supported by 14 sensors and cameras are standard.
